Add more routes and also update the timings of some of the trips. For example, the trip Haripad to Kattapana (starting from Haripad at 2: 15 PM) is currently not running. This trip was cancelled in 2016. Like that there are so many corrections are needed. Also some trips are not included ( For example between Thiruvalla and Thrissur)

We downloaded app but never the bus was on time . We tried to call on the number given control room or helpline . not a single person picked up call from the app or from website number given . Please look on the case its very to tuff for someone need to travel for 2-3hrs .

It used to show right schedules before, I guess uncertain service withdrawals wouldn't be reflected in this since it isn't maintained by the official dept themselves, most of the service that temporarily stopped are still shown in this. We cannot blame the dev for that. Thanks for the effort. Let's hope things to get back to somewhat normal, eventually.
