The application is not allowing to dowload the reports, it is asking for password. Even after entering the password, it is showing invalid password. The application has been reinstalled twice. The problem was reported to the reception and they said this will be fixed by the department I visited. However, that department confirmed that this will be fixed by the reception, basically a sort blame-game. Not sure whom should I contact to resolve the issue.

It's such a useless app. Not able to see any reports. Half of the time, the app doesn't work. This app doesn't work properly ever since they introduced. Not able to add any family members. Not able to make an appointment. Not able to see any report. Not recommended this app at all. Just downloaded the latest version as you said. Still same useless app.

the new update on the app has good UI but bad UX. booking appointment added hassle compared before where u can just book on the past visits itself, medical reports have errors and could not be downloaded easily, opening and navigating app is now very slow, it's constantly asking for password even if not logged off and it's automatically hiding phone buttons bellow so the back button is not visible and u will unintentionally click menus at the bottom of the screen and is always crashing
