BE AWARE. If I could give them 0 star I would. Horrible app. They AUTO enrolled me to Moka 360 (total useless) and charged $15.75 without me knowing. After 5 months I realized they have charged $110.25. I contacted them to get a refund and they don't issue anything and close my account. I asked my bank to dispute the process but no luck since they are pre-authorized on my account. With their so called (Round-up purchases) I saved $49 and them charging fees $110.25. You be judge on that.

Hi Ashkan, sorry to hear this. It sounds like you were using Moka 360, which negotiates down your bills, optimizes your debt payments and provides valuable financial coaching. You will not be auto enrolled unless you use one of the Moka 360 features. If you're only interested in our automated investing, we can easily update your account. -Sarah

New review: I am enjoying the app, but I've had a few issues. The roundup option doesn't work no matter how often I ask for it to be fixed, sometimes I need to change my password because the app won't recognize my password as correct, and my accounts keep disconnecting in the app. I do like that I don't notice how much I'm saving so it's a nice surprise when I sign in, especially since they invest for me so I make a bit off my savings. Just wish it was smoother sailing.

Seeing lots of reviews saying the link to local banks breaks often. I did experience that several times which I did ignore. Just now was given instructions to reset my password (which I wasn't able to for a while, paired with my auto-login and password being wiped) which not only didn't make sense, but I'd tried to reset my password with my VPN off already and I got the same message. Very very strange, paired with bad timing (in my everyday life) for me to lose access completely randomly.
