I love the game but today when I pop one of the special bubbles the game freezes and the only way to unfreeze the game is to go out and come back in. This all started today.

Every time I get a puzzle piece the game freezes the screen goes dark and I restart the game and repeat the self all over with the puzzle piece.

I'm having a great time playing this game on my phone and on my computer. Unfortunately I'm having problems paying on my computer. Both accounts are the same. But only my phone shows my credits. How can I resolve this issue?
