3 minutes a day? Are you kidding?
When we started working on the app, we knew that if we want to have a positive impact on people's mental health, we'd better make it easy for them to improve. We designed the 3 minute daily exercise program, and began studying the effect. Fortunately, the results were good.

Remember: positive change doesn't happen during training. It happens when you utilize supportive thinking in real life.

Really great app. I feel the changes its helped me make in my thinking every day. Comforting to do the toolbox levels on a daily basis. I truly love it. I previously had a problem with the app crashing but this has been fixed. Old review below. ----- Really great app but has been crashing after every level for me for a few weeks. Reinstalling didn't help. Fortunately it still saves your position so it isn't a deal breaker.

I've found this app surprisingly helpful with dealing with catastrophic thinking and obsessive ruminating. It really is very simple but very effective, and so quick to keep up with every day. One area for improvement is the number of typos in some areas, especially Anxiety II. It is distracting but hopefully something they can get fixed.

I have the full version and it's genuinely helpful for OCD, but it's also overpriced for how scarce the content is. Also, lots of misspelling errors exist in the app, which make it feel unprofessional especially when you're paying. I'd like to see the devs add around triple the content (more types of exercises and little games to help!) and correct the spelling mistakes. These are two big issues, but I would still recommend the free version to people for calming from OCD caused anxiety attacks.
