Rubbish - can't login as the password reset doesn't send an email - thought perhaps they have archived my login details (as last time I used it - it was a pile of pants) but when I tried to re-create the account I was advised that account was already in use! Absolutely rubbish. Will have to drive down to the surgery in the morning as otherwise it will be a 50 mins wait in their call queue. So much simpler when they would just pick up the phone!

Useless- just collects and sells your data. The app doesn't actually do anything or add any value that you can't do through a browser. It doesn't show my appointments, doesn't let me contact anyone or request anything, and Olivia (the virtual assistant) is slow, useless, and pretty patronizing. Unfortunately, without a lot of added functionality, this is not the answer to the NHS "digital revolution".

Useful at booking appointments, but very slow UI that pretends to be like a chat conversation but just ends up being cumbersome as a result. Maybe aimed at people who haven't got used to smart phones, but please give us an option for a modern quick UI. Having to scroll a list of 100's of possible appointments and multiple locations is truly painful.
