I like the concept and the price point for the service. I paid a year in advance for the membership, however, when I go to the app to switch mailing address to my new location it tries to charge me for a new membership instead of utilizing my existing membership status to change it. I hope this company continues to improve upon what they have and app to make it a smoother reliable experience for years to come.

Update Dec 10, 2018: app shows it was updated after a few years, but no apparent visual change. Broken feature with lack of shipping options has not been addressed. Customer service / tech support has been non-responsive for over two months, and will no longer return phone calls except to say it works properly for them. My only option now is to call the local mail facility and verbally go through shipping options and cost. The app is useless, except to allow me to see a picture of the mail package. If there were any other providers in the area, I'd change....... Previous entry from Oct 2018: Ipostal1 has removed all shipping options except USPS letter delivery from the mobile app. Their telephone and email support state that in order to ship packages or anything other than a letter via USPS, customers must access the full website from a computer. Why then offer a phone app? It's nothing more than a waste of storage space.

Much of the app is broken, including links and whatever. The basic functionality of scanning in whatever is there but the quality of the app itself is low. I found things like purchasing bundles actually need to go directly to the website as the app didn't work correctly. The service itself seems to be the cheapest of all of them. Support to cover a week to get back to me at least in one case.
