Taxi drivers are very kind, but the app has issues with its logic and usage, not convinient to use e.g. for delivery. Also the custommer support is horrble, they dont have number to call, when i asked for a call from there end by chat, they didn't manage to do that.

The easiest way to move around, at a good cost. The drivers arrive quickly. Its interface can be a bit tricky to navigate, though. One has to set some where-to locations manually as they can't be added through search even if they're landmarks or Importabt buildings (bus station etc). Also, it would be easier if one could pay by card through the app. That being said, I find it very useful and believe these issues can be solved. I like it a lot!
