This program doesn't work in real time when you using it for utility payments. After you made your payments it tells that it will take a few minutes to process. When you check then with payment history it still shows that you owe this amount to particular service (electricity, water, gas etc.). I contacted customer service and they told me that this program doesn't work with service providers in real time and updates information only once a month (not in few minutes). Pretty confusing.

Departments monthly send to all payment systems separate bases and payment on one system is not visible on another. You will have it look like a debt, but there will be no amount to be paid. And utilities are updated once a month.

What happened to the transaction history?! I could always check all my transaction history back to the very first payment with the app. But now, you ruined it somehow and I cannot see anything before the year start!! Bring back all the features it had previously! I don't get it, why on earth do you need to remove that very useful feature??

The app is very uncomfortable to use, the font is too small, everything is a mess, too much useless information, hard to find what is actually important. Ocassionally lags and crashes.
