After the update doing the same task takes double the time. Highly frustrating. UI has been preferred over usability. Clearly the developers don't understand what usability it. They are asking me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Amazing! Already selected reduce motion. There should be an option to disable motion. Moreover the extra/redundant steps to do a task need to be reduced. The login screen itself is so annoying.

Useless app after the update. It crashes on login. I have tried it on three different phones with the same results. If you use the biometric option then it just hangs while it crashes if you put in your credentials. Seems like people have been complaining but UBL is not able to fix the issue. Update: after receiving the response from the developer, I followed the instructions and deleted the app and restarted the phone and then reinstalled the app again. Same results.

The app's UI needs a refresh! It feels outdated (think early 2000s) and could benefit from a modern design like Meezan or Alfalah apps. The credit card section lacks key features - it only shows transaction history, omitting the current bill and due date (forcing estimates based on transactions). Additionally, fingerprint login is missing, making sign-in less convenient.
