App is having ton of quality issue. All of a sudden it started displaying message that network is not available, all though both high speed wifi and cellular network are available. We pay highest electricity charges in the world and get worst service both on ground and in customer service. Truly disappointing -----++----- As requested by your team I have emailed my mobile no. Please rectify the issue as it is still there even after a month.

No one is picking my call in helpline. There are very rare chances for answering my calls. If they picks up they talks to me with very rudeness and disconnects the call. If I send Whatsapp message then there is no reply. It's a very bad service.

Worstest app, even it is not opening , I m using wifi or 4G data , internet connectivity is best in my phone, but this bakwas app is not opening,at the time of login it shows check your network. Worst app ,do not download it. It is not opening.waste of time.
