As of last month, has this security issue where even if I changed my password and I do use this password when logging in the web app, the mobile app still opens and is able to make transactions WITHOUT relogging in. Like my mobile app didnt prompt me to relogin at all when I changed my password. This thus suggests that in the probability of theft, the app would rely on your phone's general password lock feature. ld rate 4 to 5 stars had this issue not existed.

Hi! Your feedback is duly noted. Current implementation and said issue is by design, you can always disconnect your linked devices from your Profile Page in the Web Platform for your security.
Changing Password thru Web will not disconnect your mobile app. But changing thru your Mobile App will prompt you to relogin.

Personally, I have applied and although I have followed all instructions, they have not approved my application and it has almost been a week. Moreover, they do not reply through email or telephone which makes them hard to contact. Will improve this rating once they offer to fix this issue as I have already deposited the initial payment.

Moderately satisfied. I'm still using both web app and mobile app due to difference of features between them. Would be better if the features from web app will be added in mobile app and other wonderful features from other trading app.
