Asks me to add payment method. Then payment is not possible at all. Wastes a lot of energy and wants my location when not using the app. Happened that driver was already there (and then left) when still showing 6 minutes away. Other times it said the driver was there in 3 minutes but had to wait more than 20 minutes as driver had still another ride before me. Once driver accepted but then did not move. Calling him did not work. Was redirected to 6969 who couldn't contact or cancel/send other.

Ziemlich sinnlos, wenn eh jeder Taxler nur Bargeld annimmt und sagt das mit der App zahlen geht bei ihm nicht. Es kostet auch jedes Mal mehr als der Preis den die App anzeigt. Wenn man kein Bargeld hat, muss man extra zum Bankomaten fahren und beim ersten Mal dachte ich überhaupt ich hätte doppelt bezahlt wegen automatischer Abbuchung, so wie es bei Uber usw üblich war. So bringt eine App wirklich nicht viel
