Easy Alerts are available for mobile personal banking accounts on eligible devices in which you have the Bankwest App installed and notifications enabled. Limited alerts only are available for credit products.

*Account opening time is for existing customers only opening a Bankwest Easy Transaction account

Works well save a few minor issues. The worst is that when a scheduled payment fails the scheduled payment disappears from the schedule entirely. And you have to play a game of 'what's missing' to work out which one failed, then you have to set it up all over again. Surely a failed payment can just change colour or move to a list of failed payments where you can address the problem and re activate it ?

Thanks for the review and feedback, Adam. The Scheduled Payment being removed once it fails for any reason, occurs within our banking system and is not a feature local to the App. You should receive a notification as well as an email when this happens, but the payment will need to be created again. ^Yasmin

The home screen is so dumb, you open your banking app and all you want is to check your account or make a transfer, so it opens on the home menu you can see of your accounts three of them but you have to open the account to make a transfer or go to accounts to find the account that you're looking for and then make a transfer. If it opened to account straight away that would make life easier.

Do not want the app to remember my pan but cannot find a way to stop this. Reply to bankwest. Online login page has the "option" to have your pan remembered or not. Update, bought a new phone running android 12. This app worked ok for 3weeks but now it won't close, it sits open behind the home screen and i cannot clear it. Restarting the phone won't close it,only way to close it is to uninstall the app or clear the cache.

Hi Glen, we made the change for our app to save the full PAN to align with our online banking login page. Your PAN is essentially your username, which by itself doesn't provide access to your accounts as further info is needed to log in. Security hasn't been reduced due to this change. ^Meg
