dAppto - Health Booking App

Won't install on my Android 14 device (says the device isn't compatible). Installed on 2 other devices & when it starts shows "Network Error". Even when this app was working it was pretty poor & now it's unusable. Hasn't been updated since May 2016, which is when Android 6 was the latest version - so it's so far out of date it's not surprising it doesn't work. Even if it did work I wouldn't use it because it's probably not secure. I don't know why any medical practice would use this app.

10/03/2023 the app was working great for years and now it has glitches for the last week or so, asks you to sign in and doesn't do anything, sometimes it let's you in but last 2 days doesn't do anything, round and round in circles, says it's designed for older Android phone and doesn't work on 4 year old Samsung but has worked well and says it's compatible with this phone in the app. Please fix the bugs so we can use it again.

Constant network error alert. Had this app for ages and now suddenly can't book online. Have restarted phone, uninstalled app but nothing works. Have googled every possible avenue to fix. Says my phone is compatible. What's going on?
