About this app

Covering more than 64,000 members of Australia’s first responder community, Emergency Services Health is the insurer of choice for emergency services workers and their families.

Our members are our main priority, as such, we've recently redeveloped our app to make membership information more accessible.

As well as submitting claims simply by snapping a copy of your receipt/s, Emergency Services Health members can use this app to check their available limits in real-time, access their claiming history and update some policy details.

Members can opt to use biometric and facial authentication for a simple and secure login experience.

Finding it incredibly frustrating that the biometrics will not function properly to enable you to log in. Was advised by ESH to keep uninstalling and installing until fixed but that was weeks ago. Family members across all different devices having same issue. App works great once you can get past the log in issues but incredibly frustrating to have to fight against pop up windows offering biometrics that then never work.

Can not log in since update. Prior to update all displayed excited card that had been replaced. Extremely poor app experience on Samsung S23 Ultra.

App has been buggy since I got a new phone. I have to attempt logging in several times before being able to log in. It makes claiming frustrating as it can't be done on the Web version It could do with an update and change the user interface.
