More often then not I log on the the app but it stays in "loading" mode. Really embarrassing when trying to make get a rebate. The dentist had to wait 30mins until I could open the app to use. I don't used standard the issue. I have the latest Samsung and my data is full so it has to be an app issue?

This app looks nice but doesn't have enough usefulness to justify the fact that it is absolutely jam-packed with telemetry. In just a few minutes of use, you can see literally hundreds of attempts to share data with third parties. There is no mention of this behaviour on the HCF website or any apparent way to opt out. I don't wish to use an app from my health insurer if they think it's okay to share all my usage data.

I'm having issues with the app. Recently updated the app. None of the sub folders in the menu open up. I have uninstalled and re installed. Still happens. I guess I'll have to go in-store now or switch to Medibank? Very frustrating
