The app layout itself, I found actually pretty good. It's simple, and you can see everything you want straight up. The big issue with ME is that you can never log in to their app or site... Sometimes slow, but usually, I just can't log in at all, which is frustrating to constantly be told you have no access to your own money. Switching banks as we speak, just over being stranded. It's been too long for nothing to have been done.

When it works, it works otherwise... As banking apps go, its meh. When it works it works nothing special but there is a host of problems that always like to rear their ugly heads. If I try to use a VPN and open the app at the same time I am always meet with a network error. Every month or so the app doesn't want to open, it just sittings on the login screen and buffers. Oh and there is no PayID integration on the app.

This was a great app. Was. I'd like to rate the update, but I can't log in to it! I had fingerprint ID enabled, I can't remember if I even set up a PIN. But when I try to reset my PIN I'm getting a bad decryption error, even though I'm using the correct access code. Bitterly disappointed and let down by this, when ME has been so good and reliable in the past.
