After looking after the health and wellbeing of Australia's police community for more than 85 years, Police Health is the health fund of choice for Australian police offices and their families.
Our members are our main priority, as such, we've recently redeveloped our app to make membership information more accessible.
As well as submitting claims simply by snapping a copy of your receipt/s, Police Health members can use this app to check their limit usage, claiming history and policy details.
Members can now also log in with a password or through biometric authentication, providing a simpler and more secure log in process.
Please note, this app is not suitable for seeking medical advice or medical attention. In the case of an emergency, please contact your GP or call 000.

Same issues as the below reviews. It gets stuck on the login page with a 'logging in' notification that doesn't time out and nil ability to override it. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again- the same issue has persisted. It wasn't an issue with older versions of the app which worked fine.

No longer able to login in using biometrics. Just sits on loading. Press cancel to login with other methods and does the same thing. I have deleted and reinstalled and changed my password on the website, it worked once and have not been able to log in again since.

Had to change my password to be able to log in. Logging in with "Bio Auth" doesn't work even after this. Once in it's pretty easy to lodge claims and check your policy etc, including how much you have remaining. No settings options within app, which is strange.
