Won an auction but the extremely flakey card verification proces in the app failed repeatedly on four different cards that I tried, so we lost our upgrades. I have subsequently tried adding perfectly valid card details in the app but these have all failed. Having read other reviews (now) I see this is something you claim to have fixed in a recent update...well it doesn't appear to be fixed. Feeling very nervous about trusting this app with payment card details.

Pointless. Bid to upgrade our seats but when I logged in to check it nothing was showing. Apparently there were no upgrades available. So even if you bid, it's not guaranteed. Seems a pointless activity to add my bank details for absolutely nothing.

Nice idea but simply doesnt work. Tried to set up account but it flatly refuses to accept my phone mumber mobile or landline. More annoying it doesnt say WHY a perfectly valid phone number is wrong. Next tried help with simple question about this problem. Total rubbish answers. No way to contact a human being no way to get any answer. In fact there appears to be no way to.contact ANYONE if there is a problem Even if I could set up.account I would now be wary to trust it with money.
