Using the app is easy and it has worked a few times but being able to use the app whenever you want is the problem. Numerous times the app has been down when I've really needed to transfer money. You try to open the app and it just sits there loading for ever until it crashes or your close it. I pressed the call button. Pressed that I wanted to talk to someone about the currency card. Chose the country and then it takes me to the insurance section? I try to go through it again and it crashed.

Quite possibly the worst app I've ever used. Only manages to fully load and log in maybe 10% of the time (even with a perfect internet/Wi-Fi connection). Times out when processing transactions. Times out when accepting password details. Crashes. Has unknown errors. Takes upwards of 10 minutes to load certain screens. Load as much money as you can on the rare, RARE occasion you gain access. There's NEVER a guarantee you'll be able to gain access when you need it. HORRIBLE.

Bad .... don't use. This would be one of the worst apps. I'm glad I tried it before I travelled as I can't use over half the options even if you're lucky enough to get into it. All it allows you to do is look at your summary. I have to go through the whole account set up every time you try and log in, and most times, it says 'some error occurred'. Even calling their helpline wasn't easy, and when i did get through I was told just to use the website through a browser. 🤦♀️
