About this app

With the Australian Government’s Express Plus Child Support mobile app you can pay Child Support, view your Child Support payments, update your details and more.

To use the app you need to have a myGov account linked to your Child Support online account.

To setup a myGov account go to my.gov.au

If you need help to setup a myGov account, or link to Child Support go to servicesaustralia.gov.au/onlineguides

To sign into the app for the first time, use your myGov sign in details and create a PIN.

You’ll then use your myGov PIN to sign into the app in future.

With our app, you can:
• check when your payments are due
• check how much to pay and make your payments
• check how much you’ll receive
• view your payment history
• view and update your personal and bank details
• update change of care arrangements
• upload documents to Child Support
• update your income estimate
• update your income for a previous financial year
• advise of an extraordinary payment

Can't ever log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times... It's just a total waste of time. I was so relieved when the lady on the phone mentioned the app to me so I downloaded it straight away but have only been able to successfully log in 2-3 times ever. Back to being on hold for 40 mins only to get cut off and having to call again

App has not worked for a couple months now. "service temporarily unavailable" constantly upon login setup. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times now it's just a waste of time to keep doing it. I have let CSA know this issue everytime I've had to call aswell because they need to know this fault as they are referring customers to use the app. This App needs its technical issues addressed. Will change my rating when it's been fixed...if it's been fixed.

Have had ongoing issues with this app for the last 2 months. Service Temporarily unavailable try again later. Have phoned and lodged a complaint only to be told there was an issue but it has been fixed yet mine is still doing it. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall to only have the same issue. Fix doesn't seem to be a high priority. App is great when it works amd prefer to use it instead of my gov website log in. Pretty frustrating for the last couple of months.
