Can't verify your ID because you are not in service area (!?) Even though I live in Canberra, and the nearest car is about 7km away. Customer Service couldn't help, saying the system rejected it and they cannot change anything. Seems like they don't need customers, ended up using Uber Carshare instead as they don't have area restrictions as dumb as this.

Managing bookings is fine, but the search feature is really annoying. There's no way to view the schedules for cars at a particular station. Or search "next available" ("after [time]" would be nice too) at a station or geographic area. You have to keep trying start times until a vehicle's availability happens to overlap. Then you click thru two extra screens to get to the actual calendar. I often have flexibility about start time, but within constraints. An easy area "calendar view", pls

Used it once for renting a van for a day. I was surprised how well the app/processes worked. Way better than the competitors I've used in Melbourne. Hassle-free, no unnecessary pictures or complex processes with the car rental. It was also cheap as, and the Toyota van was new and spacious! Only problem I had with the app is the search function is a bit cluncky, hard to see when vehicles are available. I really hope their business model is financially viable, best of luck!
