Horrible experience with everything. - First of all, it's very complicated to understand the step of connecting your app account with the DNI&GO process. I don't know why do I need two accounts for it, but I got finally to connect it. - Then, I see I cannot connect with the app's server. It is a client or server problem but I cannot access the app and it does not even let me access. It's a horrible experience, needs to be pulished and fix errors.

Misma cosa que a los demás. Imposible hacerse una cuenta DNI&Go incluso con el atención cliente por correo electrónico. Sigue dando error. No se puede crear cuenta siguiendo la opción crear cuenta usuario tarjeta / app y no se puede entrar en la área cliente web. Demasiado complicado y no funcional. Tanto que ni ellos saben resolverlo

Categorías de notificaciones inútiles. Si todas las categorías de notificaciones se llaman "Channel human readable title" entronces en lugar de quitar las notificaciones de un tipo las desactivo todas, porque no sé cuál es cuál
