Metrô Conecta Official application is the easiest and fastest way to communicate with Metrô de São Paulo.

This application is an initiative of Companhia do Metropolitano de São Paulo - METRÔ.

- It is possible to select the subject, the line and the station making it easier to send messages, turning it into a fastest process.

Online Chat and send pictures
- It is possible to chat online with Metrô, providing major details of the event and also to send pictures facilitating the identification of the accused (functions only available to specific subjects).
