Nao Tudo Azul! Turbi has a bizarre practice of randomly locking you out of your rented car. While on a road trip across Brazil, Turbi assumed we were up to no good. Instead of contacting us to inquire on the situation, they locked the car and prevented it from starting. In their divine wisdom, they did this in an area with no signal and so they were unable to unlock the car again after we explained. They then had to send a tow truck to fix their mistake. A call would have solved the issue!

Great app for renting cars in a quick and easy manner, after you've completed the registration which can take a couple of days. Haven't given 5 stars yet because of the price compared to other services I've seen around the world, though compared to other services here in Brazil the pricing is VERY competitive, without all the hassle other companies put us through.

Complete garbage! The stupid verification SW doesn't work! I wasted too much time with it wanting to move my face closer & closer until only my nose & eyes were in the shot. Then it wanted me to centralize my face, which was already centralized. I kept trying moving the phone forward and backward with no success until I gave up. If you want customers, fix the stupid verification software so people can actually use your app!
