A ideia de levar um app para a universidade é boa, mas o app poderia ter sido feito de forma melhor. O design (interface) é o que fará o usuário aproveitar melhor o app.

Olá, infelizmente acho que você está equivocado, não houve gasto nenhum de dinheiro público com o desenvolvimento deste app. E acredito que uma pessoa dedicada exclusiva ao desenvolvimento do app, o que não foi meu caso, levaria mais que uma hora, pois, ele não se limita somente a plataforma Android mas IOS e WEB. Agradeço sua atenção
