At first, the App Aresc will be enabled for the cities of Florianopolis, San Jose, Biguaçu, Antônio Carlos, Santo Amaro da Imperatriz, Paulo Lopes, and Criciuma, these served by Casan.
With simple navigation interface, people can use the tool to communicate water and sewage spills on public roads through simple and quick procedure. Besides being an app that also aims to
the contribution to water resources, such as water waste, reduction of operational costs and thus the fares.
 
How it works
 
Once installed the App Aresc, and already can access the screen containing the option of reporting occurrences. You then need to select the instant location by GPS and cell phone register your name and telephone contact, and select the type of event - leaking water or sewer. Finally, you must send photos of the leak. Made sending the occurrence involves the Ombudsman's central Aresc and directly to Casan.
The application will be available for free from tomorrow, 26, for mobile phones that use the Android operating system and iOS and is adaptable to other mobile devices such as tablets and iPads.
