Some features work ok (such as payment) but there are very buggy. If trying to look through announcements, they move around, disappear, and can't even be clicked. The form function is rudementary and doesn't allow for specific tagging or replies. Overall a mediocre app that has several bugs and UI issues.

The app frequently (about 80% of the time) won't load on my Android phone without me restarting the phone. No idea why it does this. Edit: I figured out I can get the app to load properly if I execute a Force Stop on it. It will re-start and load properly. This is better than restarting my phone. To date I haven't had any help from Tech Support, despite a flurry of emails. Lot of chatter, no action.

Bug after bug all year long. This app is a service we pay for yet it's full of bugs. For a while it was duplicating people's post, then it provides you a link but when the app open the window you see says (ooops! Something went wrong) the text also doesn't support copy and paste option. Looking at the screen shots the app looks very professional yet it's full of bugs and lack essential functions also TS support never follows up on any email or ticket created, there's room for improvement.
