*Recent bell system update has wreaked havoc on my mobile .If I restart my cell, MyBell makes me install same app version I've already downloaded at least 15 times since a recent and large system update, (approx 1.68G) or "app" won't recognize my credentials or device. I also no longer have access to my PAID subscriptions making Netflix and Disney+ unplayable. Those services function properly on everything else in my home. It's the update. From Bell. No doubt at this point.

100% on everything except a slight login issue. When a VPN is on and i try to login, it gives a "password and/or username is incorrect". I went through a headache before i realized everything IS correct, it was just the VPN was on preventing a proper login. 1: you should have a message telling me about VPN instead of telling me my info is wrong when it's not, 2: would be nice to be able to keep my Internet security on for the purpose it was meant for (protecting logging in info from hackers)

Updates app, doesn't update all bills. Spent over an hour fixing the issue (310-bell), when it updates, it didn't reinstate all accounts and it makes it too easy to miss payments. Cannot be trusted and made more confusing with last update.
