Horrible mess since last major update. Interface is incredibly frustrating. In News section, you have to scroll all the way back to top to change category. If you mistakenly hit back arrow, will exit app -- and then change view when you return to it. Cannot disable crappy My Feed section -- which it always defaults to -- or configure it in a way that makes it worthwhile.

Well it hasn't improved any. Why does it take 30 to 60 seconds to tell me to try again. Then still not take me to the article I clicked on. No other news app does this . Not CNN, CBC, CHEK. etc. ..........Got to be one of the worst news apps, at least for opening. It takes forever, and the doesn't take too the page you wanted. None of my other apps do this. Up to date pixel 3.

I'm so disappointed in this app. The news video links don't work, and when you click on the notifications that pop up for the news articles, it's usually either the last story you read, or a completely different one than the one you clicked on... so, I just downloaded Global News. Seems to work a million times better. It makes me sad, as I've been an avid CTV news user, but i just can't anymore. WAY too frustrating! I don't know if it matters, but I have an android.
