I am Rh negative and give regularly. The process of giving blood is easy. Less than an hour in and out, including a 10-minute snack and juice break at the end. I attend the Britannia and Mavis, Mississauga location. The process is well oiled, the people friendly. Booking on the app is easy, though when scheduling an appointment, it can be confusing, narrowing down why availabilities aren't appearing, as several possible reasons are given.

Generally very good, especially for booking and rescheduling appointments, but I cannot find a pre-donation questionnaire in the app to complete ahead of time. Is there a window prior to the appointment within which it will only appear as an option?

Ooopsie! There's a glitch with the app. It thinks that I still have a donation session booked after having actually given blood, ie. even though it's the middle of the day, it stated that I still have a donation to perform....earlier that morning. This is blocking me from booking my next session :( Please fix. Thank-you.

Thank you for the feedback. What you are seeing is expected. After you donate, it takes time for your donation to get processed through our systems. Upon completion, the app will display your next earliest date to donate on the home screen and the centre search will also begin from that date so that you can find and book your next appointment. -CT
