It's awesome, faster and easier than a bank, the only critism I have is that if you have issues with anything customer service is difficult to get in touch with, inconsistent and incapable of solving the problem immediately!!! But for basic stuff, it's great, the app also has lots of cool money saving features!!!

In it's current state it is a shell. When I first signed up it was an honest zero fee prepaid credit card with some paid features, not bad considering they were worth the $7. Koho earned your money by offering a product that spoke for itself first and paid services second. no longer is that true, it's all been turned into what is essentially a cash grab microtransaction store in which what made it great is now behind multiple pay walls. They Adobed it, I'm beyond disappointed.

Hi there, KOHO still offers no-fee accounts. By setting up a recurring direct deposit to KOHO, you can access our Essential plan for no monthly fee + 5% interest, 30% of Credit Building, plus cash back on purchases.

I'm really impressed with Koho. It has all the features I have been looking for: round up saving options, credit building, high interest for just having your money with them, and rebates for shopping at certain businesses. I heard they are becoming an official bank. If this is true, I'm going to have to fully move over to them. I really love that there are no hidden fees, and I can do as many transactions without them charging me extra. I pay for one plan.
