WHEN it works, it works lol... But most of the time there will be some kind of error that prevents me to submit my claim using this apps. And it never worked for me to attach any supporting documents. If I simply want to view previous claimed amount, or even to search up a drug with its DIN, it's a simple and fast way to do so. But really, the submission function almost never worked. I was lucky enough to have it worked maybe a few times in the past years. I gave the two stars for those times when I truly experienced how convenient it could be to submit a claim just like that with an app lol...makes it all the more disappointing when it doesn't work :(

Disappointed. The app surface is looks clean and includes all information about coverages and plan members. The only problem, it doesn't allow me to submit a claim. I have tried to upload pdf invoices, taking pictures of the invoice, but the only response I got: "sorry! something went wrong. try again later". Iam trying to submit my claims since last September and there is no way with Manulife. Customer service doesn't answer the phone, there is no email address where I could email my claims.

This app shows the message, "Sorry! Something went wrong." or a similar error far more often than successfully retrieving data. What was once a helpful tool has, for many months now, become the least stable app I've ever used. I'm unable to make or view claims. Use a web browser to access your account for a decent customer experience and spare yourself the frustration of this app.
