By pressing the button above and installing the My MD Mobile app published by MD Management Limited (MD), (known as ‘the app’) you:

Like another user, also can't login using the app. Called tech support and they changed password and still app wouldn't log me in. Login on regular web browser worked just fine so issue is with the app. App worked just fine a few weeks ago.

MD, I would urge you to hire some professional UI designers and stop using high school programmers to write your application. The user experience is terrible starting with the requirement to create a complex password then use a login page that does not give you the option to view your password as--or after--it's typed. It then locks your account after two failed login attempts! To unlock it, you have to call your tech support when it's convenient for you!!

I'm outside the country, about 2 weeks ago I noticed I could not log in anymore. Today I tried using a VPN and was granted access. Did something change in security protocols that prevents IP addresses outside of Canada from even accessing the MD sign in page? This is a serious inconvenience because I do not feel secure putting in banking information using a VPN.
