My car couldn't start so with no neighbors around, I thought about using the app for the first time. It suggests to fill the request form if it's not an emergency so I did instead of calling. The process in the app is easy and I got my request confirmation number telling me an agent will call me. After 45 minutes without any news, my wife convinced me to call. Good thing I listened to her because they told me on the phone they never received my request. Service coming in 40 min.!! App check guys

Would be be a lot more useful if it included a digital copy of your insurance slip
