My GHMC

old owner mobile number reflecting in my property tax. Last 5 years my number was there, now all of sudden old number reflecting, I am not able to pay Property tax. Even I tried to update mobile number by collecting OTP from old owner, and message displays as Mobile number updated successfully, but still reflecting other number. Govt dept and govt run apps are worst.

GHMC App continues to be useless. Post payment, one can't even download the receipt. Shame on GHMC Useless GHMC App. It shows Credit Card also as one of the Payment Options but doesn't accept payments through that mode. Tried 3-4 times, didn't work. Finally had to pay through Net Banking. Other States Corporation and Municipality Authorities do not have any such issue. GHMC is only talking it seems

1. The app is not user-friendly, very clumsy. 2. Not working properly and speedily. 3. Tax receipt I couldn't get then how can I show I paid the Tax. 4. The working route of the functioning was not designed according to the mindset of the customer. So lot of confusion... 5. All houses are not updated in the same year, so much fluctuations from house to house. Equal size houses of the same colony, one house 1000/- and another house 10000/-. It's just like a mad monkey biting only some people.
