I would give a zero if possible. Charging point IDs do not match between the app and what's written on the location. Clicking on an ongoing session to check its status stops it. The app gives errors, says the charge could not be started, then calling the hotline they tell me it's ok. The ongoing sessions are not updated when you stop them. I've been using the app for some months. No improvements. I think it is kept in a bad state so that you are pushed to buy the token from them.

Zero stars would be correct :-( This App is just horrible, very slow, cumbersome to use, often showing wrong information and it hangs or crashes regularly. Charging like this is a very frustrating and expensive experience. Posted and actually charged prices are two different things, so it is always a (negative) surprise to see what the charging costs.
