The app is not usable, whenever you try to withdraw money the app times out and logging in doesn't work. Contacted support by email about 2 weeks ago, no answer. Update: E-Mail was in Spam folder (sorry), Support reacted quickly after my response but their IT needs to further check... So far so good

Hey Kevin, i`m sorry that you have problems with the App. You wrote us an email on 22.02.2021 and my colleague answered you the same day with some questions for our IT. Unfortunately we never got an answer from you. Please check your emails and answer the questions or just call us on the support hotline. I´m sure we can work it out. Sonect Team

Prompts user to reconnect bank account every time. Struggles with biometric authentication (better turn it off). The only way to reliably make the app work is to wipe data and do a fresh setup for every withdrawal. Unreliable.

Everytime i want to use sonect, i have to reconnect it to my bank account in a complicated way that takes more time vs finding an ATM. What a pain that Sonect's USP is being neutralized like that....
