New application born from the desire of the Cantonal Police and the Land Department to provide an adequate service to the community and improved the old application: Ticino Your Traffic and Police. In addition to the features already present in them, Police and Territory, for example, will provide also the search of fixed radar stations in Ticino as well as geolocation to find webcam sites and in our neighborhood.

The synergistic combination of the two applications has as main objective to speed up the channel to the information that comes to you so unified and improved. By doing so you also receive more effectively any alarms and dangers for the population (robberies, looking for a missing person, ...), real-time status of roads on the road and motorway network of Italian Switzerland (thanks to a series of traffic monitoring webcam) and timely reporting of major construction sites and work in progress on the cantonal roads. The application therefore represents a new channel of information to complement those already available to the user (web sites, print media, radio bulletins).

Consulting the webcam we will be provided with a wide and articulated network where you will find images in real time and location of those. In the space dedicated to construction sites is provided an updated map with the location description, the kind of run of the traffic and the period of execution. I do not see the short-term construction sites and construction sites that do not cause major problems for circulation. To active webcam on the motorway network and the ongoing work you can be accessed either through a map or through a list. Webcam and yards are accessible through speech and geo location. The latter will see a map no longer at the cantonal level, but focused around our position, so as to provide so closer webcam and construction sites present around us. In addition the user has the ability to insert webcam and construction sites in their favorite for faster future reference.
