Fiverr Workspace

It's free but it certainly isn't cheap! A lot of amazing, smooth-running features are packed into this powerful but unassuming app! I truly love it. I've tried several paid time keeping services, but they don't offer a fraction of the usability and functionality AndCo provides. I can't believe this is free! The UX is easy to look at and use. The icon especially is lovely, and as a designer I like my tools well-designed! The features are perfect for freelancers or contract workers! Time keeping that generates invoices, digital filing of expenses with receipt attachments, auto-recurring expenses and the "Pay Now" button on the invoices? AMAZING. Link to PayPal, WePay and more and your clients can settle up with a click! I LOVE THAT. It's really a fantastic piece of software, and the updates are just making it better all the time. I use it daily and would recommend it for anyone looking for a bright, clean, easy to use, straight-forward and highly functional timekeeping, record keeping and billing software. Great work, AndCo!

Kind of limited so far. It's a shame because their web version looks amazing, but this app seems lackluster. I was hoping to use the free e-sign contract option that they have on their website, but it looks like that isn't even a feature on the app. Also there isn't really a tutorial with this app, so you have to figure everything out on your own. I'll add stars if it turns out to be great or if it does turn out to have the contract feature, but for now it's a bit... meh. Sorry Fiverr 😕

I honestly thought this was a scam because I spent so long trying to find free software that did what I needed it to and I never saw anything about this. It was extremely frustrating because my needs are fairly simple. I need to be able to track my work hours using something with a timer that's works at least on my phone and preferably on my PC, too. The recorded data at least needs to be accessible on my PC. Then I need to be able to group all of those records into different projects and pay levels and create an invoice with that data and manage my expenses and income (pretty simple accounting) There are SO MANY FREE PROGRAMS THAT DO MOST OF THESE THINGS!! A lot of them are open source and it would have been fine if I just found an open source accounting program that could automatically integrate with an open source time tracking program, but I've spent so many hours trying to find one that I probably could have written a plugin for one of those programs that would do what I needed. There were so many excellent free accounting programs that were fast, simple and we'll written, but that didn't have a time tracking function. I find that ridiculous because it's a far simpler function than most of the rest of the accounting programs. Anyways, this does it all plus more. It's perfectly designed for freelancers and I can't recommend it highly enough. I am so thankful that Fiverr made this excellent software free after they purchased AND CO.
