I've been using my MedAngels now for almost a year and I love them. Sadly, they seem to be inaccurate and disagree with one another about the temperature by 2°F when placed side by side (even with fresh batteries). That said, they're consistent in their disagreement, so it seems they aren't calibrated well before shipping. Overall, I really like them. If there's a major downside it's that there's no way to have a nearby PC record the Bluetooth data and then forward an alert to your phone.

As many others have written, the app crashes constantly on Android 10. They simply don't respond to requests for help or seem to care about their customers in any way. If they hired a decent software engineer, the problems would be solved in minutes instead of months, but the company's lack of communication is really unacceptable. UPDATE: The issue was eventually fixed, and the system works as designed again. Hopefully, if any similar issues arise in the future, they'll be resolved faster.

Dear Michael, the bug you describe is fixed with the current release (couple of days after your review). We did not get a chance to reply to your comment here earlier. We now have a system to respond faster and better to emails and reviews. We're immensely grateful if you can edit your 1* review here to reflect your current experience with the app.

Worked well for a while. For some reason, the app pretty much stopped loading new data points from the sensors in the app. Update 27/8/22: Looks like full function is restored after most recent update and setting location permission to "Allow all the time" upon app prompt. Very happy. Thank you so much. Such a useful tool! Will come back and give more stars if app keeps functioning as expected. Update 3/8/22: Still going strong, without any errors or interruptions.
