(Edit) After a few calls from fantastic staff and lots of help sorting out issues I've been able to log into the app. It works fantastic! Thank you so much to the Oneplan team. I've registered, recieved a confirmation sms. But I am unable to log in. I can't log in at all. It keeps saying invalid policy or password. But i can't even reset the password.

App doesn't even open. And reading previous reviews, it appears as this is an on going issue. I contacted the customer care and was told they would forward the problem to their IT Department, that was in November, but the App still doesn't work. I feel like that they feed you what you want to hear over the phone, but do absolutely nothing about it, not even the decency of contacting the client to give an update on the problem. Just terrible customer service!

This app is so buggy and the website is not much better. Error after error trying to log in on both ("something went wrong"), not to mention the app crashed and force closed on me. When I was first able to get into the app once in the beginning, every page I tried to access gave an error and I couldn't upload a profile pic as suggested. I hope your claim service is better than your IT dept.
