Update is useless! same experience as many other reviews. Old version wouldn't work and forced upgrade. once upgrade was installed it never would open so now I cannot use at all. Tried un/reinstall, but didnt help. very unfortunate as I liked being able to have my insurance card hand via the app, especially with kids off at college. Please fix the bugs or bring the old version back!!

This app has not worked in 4 months. It worked fine before! I have reported it several times. No help what so ever. I DID call the number. Update: I have uninstalled and reinstalled SEVERAL times. No luck. 2nd UPDATE: got an email telling me to uninstall/reinstall which I have done several times. My phone is up to date. They said it could just be my phone and/or service provider. It worked FINE on both before for MONTHS. Now Nothing.

Oh no! We sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the app. Could you please try uninstalling the app and reinstalling from the Play Store to ensure that you are using the latest version of our app?

New Samsung fold phone and getting a security heroin I try and run the stupid program. Sadly your website offers very little information for our current customer to even try and pay their bill being told to go to the app on the phone and that won't work. amazing.
