Maybe this app works but I can't be sure. This one, (like all the other sound spectrum analyzer apps on the entire play store) isn’t accessible to blind users. Talkback can't read it accept for the more options icon:that's it. I seriously have no Idea what else is on the screen. Like I said, maybe this app works great. I’ve been trying to find an app like this for almost 8 years with basicly the same problem. Some times they’ll have a play button, but nothing has actually done anything useful.

I'm looking for something like this, with a precise and useful graph, that I can load music files into, so I can know which frequencies to cut or boost on my EQ for a flat response. Please add that feature! :-)

Does one job and does it well. Nothing to adjust, just watch the display. A single tap on the screen stops the screen refresh so you can take a screenshot. For looking at musical instrument sounds the app is great. The ad banners are reasonably unobtrusive.
