App suddenly stopped working, kept blocking me from logging in. Repeatedly tried to reset my password, still no luck. I contacted them twice and each time was assured they would fix the issue. Till this day, still not resolved. I have to manually top up my children's cards, which is a major inconvenience, especially since the train station is not nearby. Get your act together!

4 months ago, I made 3 top up and amounts were not credited although credit card was charged. It took a month and a half of repeated calls (was told each time they would resolve my issue in a week but apparently not) before money was returned. I was told app is working now after the final call with a supervisor. Attempted a few times today and met the same problem.

Useless app ever . Everytime I would like to top up my card , the page will keep on loading slowly . On top of that, topping up isn't any better. On most occasions, it just doesn't want to do its job and it kept failing . NFC will not be detected , and then it will show the same balance indicating that the top up was unsuccessful. I even experimented this on different phones and found that the NFC is always the issue with this app . It just works when it wants to . What's the point of this app?
