UPDATE: this review concerns previous version of the app, I haven't got the time to test the new version yet. So please ignore but be cautious. _____ It asks permissions it should not have (e.g. private email read/write). So I can't even test it without compromising security of my account. Github related app without a github repo, not open-source and no issue tracker, at least I haven't found one. Thus - 1 star.

I did not intend to ask for read/write access to the user scope, so this is fixed in the latest version.
