WITH THE PERFECTSERVE PRACTITIONER APP, YOU CAN:
- Send a secure message to colleagues, including text messages, clinical photos, voice
messages and group messages.
- Automatically identify and connect to the colleague you need to reach at that particular moment in time with Dynamic Intelligent Routing®.
- Securely call patients while protecting your caller ID privacy and overcoming caller ID
block. When you call a patient, your office number — not your personal mobile number
— appears as the caller ID.
- Instantly sign on or off call or change who is covering call. The changes take effect immediately.
- Easily change how you are reached based on your predefined communication
preferences.
- Change your status for those situations when you cannot be contacted directly (e.g., in surgery, clinic,
etc.) with just a click. All communications will be automatically routed to the right back-up colleague.
- View and manage patients assigned to your group and manage which provider is caring for each.
- Easily capture charges at the point of care in just a couple of clicks to avoid lost charges and speed

This app will switch to in call audio if you are in an active call on speakerphone and switch back to the app to read a message. Once I exit the app the speakerphone will turn back on. What's really dangerous is when I hang up the active call, all audio from the phone (ring tone, text message alerts, music, etc) are emitted from the earpiece speakerphone (the portion you put up to your ear). Tech supp not helpful and chalked it up to "my phone" and to contact T-Mobile. Doing this on multp phones

App doesn't push notifications in real time. Will hold onto messages for up to an hour and then send them or the phone will ring telling me I have messages. Cannot trust it to wake me up overnight. I have turned off all android battery optimization and doze features and still does it. Unusable in it's current form. Other reviewers have the same issue. Needs a fix

Very poor support for Android. They're set up well for iPhones only. Can't send images through the app. After app update on 3/28/22, it automatically force closes everytime I try to start it "network error.". Even IT support at the hospital can't fix it. PS support line can't fix it. If you have Android phone this is definitely not the app for you.

What's new

* Resolved an issue where the user was not able to call within the app with the error “Network error, please retry”
* Added a care team call icon to allow practitioners to call a patient's nurse when using PCCTA
* Added the ability for users to reply to conversations that include non-secure message recipients, including a warning message
* Other changes in this release are internal and do not affect the user experience. As such, users will see no change in functionality.
