I would give zero star if can! Someone accepted my job then tell me he cannot do it asked me to cancel. After I cancelled I was being charged for $25 cancellation fees, issue brought to the cs officer. They agreed to refund but only to credit in their apps. This is nt acceptable as I was using that for my co., end up ntg was done I hav to pay for the nonsense? Told me that they will bring the issue to mgnt, and get back to me within 2 to 10 WD, now today is 12th day, where is the solution?!

Rubbish. It was indicated that I would be informed of quotation before accepting the job. Instead, it was "auto accepted" before I confirm anything. Then a person WhatsApp me to tell me the price. I was not satisfied with the rate and cancelled. However, you guys actually charged me $5. WHAT A SCAM! I tried to find a price guide in the app, but couldn't find it. I was thinking this quotation will let me know the rates. Instead it just auto accepted. What bull is this?
