The App of the DOK and Famila supermarkets (Southern Italy) is updated and offers you new services.

Search for products on the whole range, both on offer (flyer and other promotions) and not on offer.
Choose your favorite store and browse the interactive flyer to compose your shopping list. Add products not in the flyer through the new search field (for technical reasons some product images may be missing, but the product can still be ordered).
You will find all the products, in all formats and their varieties / types. You can share the shopping list through the most popular social networks (whatsapp, facebook etc)

Shop from the app in a few steps:

1 First of all select your store

2. Browse the flyer, touch the products, choose quantities and variants

3. Search for non-flyer products through the powerful search engine

4. Confirm the expense, stating if necessary specific needs

5. Choose the delivery method between "home delivery" and "collection at the point of sale" (for the points of sale participating in the initiative)

6. Pay on delivery by credit / debit card or cash


If you do not wish to shop from the app, you can book a call to our operators, also via the app, and dictate the shopping list comfortably on the phone.

MegaApp also allows you to find the closest DOK or Famila point of sale, consult the points balance of your card and the rewards catalog, to know at any time how much you are missing to achieve your goal.
